  Special separators release only the leading blank while retaining others, preventing double feeds.

• Square Case Erecting
  Vacuum-powered suction cups hold the blank in position as it exits the magazine. Leading panels are kept secure for squareness.

• Stationary Flap Folding
  Flaps are folded while the case is stationary, locking in square angles and making the case rigid.

• Square Case Transition
  A pusher bar moves the case into spring-loaded side belts that automatically adjust for width, guiding it to the sealing section.
