The FPK-44 Vertical Form Fill & Seal (VFFS) bagging system is the most popular model within RMGroup’s Form Fill and Seal (FFS) bagging machinery range. It’s the most compact heavy-duty FFS machine available, which makes it ideal for bagging Aggregates in 10Kg and 25Kg bags.

Being versatile to handle most applications, previous installations have included: bagging lines for wood pellets, animal feeds, rock salt, wet sand and other aggregates.

If your products have abrasive qualities (such as rock salt), we can supply machinery manufactured in stainless steel. This provides a robust bagging line for the customer for years to come.

Our FFS systems form bags from a pre-printed roll of film, which is then filled with the raw material and sealed by the VFFS machine, producing a branded product ready for sale.

The FPK-44 is commonly used in high-speed fully automated systems paired with a variety of conveyors and an ABB palletising robot. This particular model is often used in our LTF-800 portable packaging line.

The FPK 48 Vertical Form Fill & Seal Packaging Machine (VFFS) is suitable for animal feeds, coal, peat, bark and compost. The FPK 48 Form Fill & Seal Machine, provides the ideal solution to those looking to also bag wood pellets and animal feeds.

Vertical Bagging machines form the bags from a flat roll of film with pre-designed & applied artwork. The weighed product is then poured into the bag through the forming tube, once the product is deposited the bag is then sealed by the VFFS machine and then dropped onto a conveyor ready to be stacked or palletised.

RMGroup’s Deaeration Bagging Machine is an innovative future proof packaging solution for the powder processing industry.

The Vertical Form Fill and Seal Vacuum / Deaeration Packaging machine produces a sealed vacuum block bottom bag that is completely waterproof.

The system uses flat film on a reel to produce a waterproof bag suitable for powder & food products. Before the bag is sealed the deaeration system expels air out of the bag to create a vacuum with block bottom bag.

The basic principle of operation: The air is completely removed from a bag or pouch, by means of a vacuum, the result is a pillow or gusseted bag, packed product that is fully protected for storage, preservation and presentation.
