   • The heart of the system is the Vertical FFS machine. It utilizes flat film on a reel, which is drawn through the machine.

4. Bag Conveyance:
   • The filled bags are then conveyed down the line, passing through a bag flattener to optimise their shape and a check weigher to verify that each bag contains the correct amount of material.
5. ABB 460 Robot Palletising System:
   • The high-speed ABB 460 robot palletising system takes the sealed bags and palletizes them. This system is capable of handling 800 small bags per hour, contributing to the high throughput of the bagging line.
   • A pallet magazine is used to dispense empty pallets into the system. The ABB robot loads bags onto the pallet and conveys the loaded pallet out of the line.
