High Speed Form Fill and Seal installed at Dupré Minerals, part of Goodwin PLC. Dupre Minerals were in need of a brand new fully automated packaging line that could be managed by a single operator.

A Form Fill & Seal system was installed to pack various mineral based products with a single ABB IRB 460 robot arranged in a ‘two on the floor’ stacking system. This enables the robot to fill a single pallet and continue onto the second whilst a Robopac pallet wrapper secures the palleted stack for transport.

With Two pallet wrappers Dupre are able to avoid stoppages altogether, enabling them to run the packaging line 24 hours per day without a single stop or delay.
