LASER CUTTING

Bystronic Bysprint 6kw 4020 offers cutting speeds of up to 29m per minute. Mild steel, stainless, alloy, copper and brass can all be cut with near perfect accuracy. Popular material types below with gauge range:

• Mild Steel – up to and including 25mm thick
• Stainless Steel – up to and including 30mm thick
• Alloy – up to and including 30mm thick

MACHINING

Our in-house milling and turning facilities are capable of working to the tightest tolerances on anything from one-off prototyping to batch quantities.

WELDING/FABRICATION

Our highly skilled and experienced welder/fabricators manufacture to exacting standards from engineering drawings.

FOLDING

225t CNC press brake is capable of folding material up to 4m in length.

FINISHING

Spray painting facilities – plated, galvanised and powder coated.
