Powered Pallet Conveying:

Fitted with SEW motors as standard, with option for decentralised control or standard conventional motor and gearbox. 80mm zinc plates rollers at close pitch ensure seamless pallet movement. Our conveyors come as standard with a photo-electric sensor each end, mounted discreetly under rollers to ensure they are protected from accidental damage.

We also offer a range of gravity roller (free running) conveyor modules, fitted with 80mm zinc plated close pitch rollers as standard, with an integral run off ramp to ensure full pallets come to a controlled stop.

A 10-pallet capacity auto pallet feed machine, fitted with sensory equipment to notify operators when re-fill required, with adjustable arms to manage various pallet sizes from CHEP to Euro. Pick-Up Conveyor:

Designed to work in conjunction with our standard bag handing end of arm tooling due to its roller pitch and castellated design. This enables the fingers of the gripper to grip the bag without fouling the conveyor. Fitted with SEW motors as standard. Mild steel, powder coated finish in Grey/Blue as standard.

Check Weight Conveyor:

A standard 900mm long belt transfer conveyor fitted with integral load cells for check weighing product upto 100kgs. This can then be fed back to a HMI system for QC. Fitted with SEW motors as standard. Mild steel, powder coated finish in Grey/Blue as standard.

Bag Flattener:

Twin belt conveyor, to flatten the bag prior the reaching the robot tool, fitted with SEW motor. Top belt is adjustable to allow operator to adjust setup for different product types. Mild steel, powder coated finish in Grey/Blue as standard.

Square Roller Conveyor:

A driven roller conveyor, with square rollers to distribute granular product evenly within a sac or bag. Available in 900mm or 1200mm lengths as standard. Fitted with SEW motors as standard. Mild steel, powder coated finish in Grey/Blue as standard.
