Mobile line for DAYS

Both the LTF 800 and LTM 600 have headed south to warmer climates this summer to assist Days Aggregates with their bagging operations.

The fully automated LTF 800 will be situated in Southampton with one of our experienced operators. Supply includes a 15 tonne stainless steel hopper with infeed conveyor and the mobile bagging line which includes (as standard) doser weighing system, FPK44 form fill and seal machine, bag handling conveying and ABB Robot palletising system and associated pallet conveying. Situated externally is a pallet magazine which feeds empty pallets through to the palletising system.

Bagging on location in a quarry in South Cerney is the semi-automated LTM 600. Our mobile bagging operator produces 90-100 tonnes a day with this semi-automated plant which includes ABB robot palletising system. The line for pre-made bags includes mobile powerscreen MKII in-feed, weighing system, continuous heat sealer, bag flattener and full palletising system complete with pallet magazine.

Both lines are expected to stay with the Day group until September.
