Following a very successful installation at Reader group, RMGroup are proud to present an innovative packaging solution when the product is dusty. Reader have been manufacturing grouts, sprayed concretes and equipment for the civil construction and mining industries since 1985 and is one of the most established grout and machinery manufacturing facilities of its kind in the United Kingdom.
Reader were looking to upgrade their existing valve sack filling system with a more automated system which eliminates the use of their expensive paper valve sack bag. We were able to offer our vertical form fill and seal deaeration system which uses flat film on a reel to produce a waterproof bag suitable for powders. Before the bag is sealed our deaeration system expels air out of the bag to create a block bottom bag.
Reader also wanted an ABB robot palletising system to fully automate the system, to which we included a Pallet Magazine, three full pallet accumulation and pre-owned fully refurbished pallet wrapper.
