Operating within the UK and overseas, the company designs, manufactures, commissions, and supports equipment within a host of industries, working predominantly with ABB Robotics as a Value-Added Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as sales co-ordinator, administering the entire direct sales process: lead generation, opportunity evaluation, sales pipelining, and forecasting, working with key suppliers and key client account management, to maximise the opportunity for success for your team. You will show exceptional self-learning ability to get to grips with complex subject matters, disparate information sources and be able to bring them together in a delivery process to ensure that our internal team can action tasks and deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Compilation of quotations on behalf of Sales Managers.
• Answering calls and emails.
• Providing pipeline sales analytics to Directors.
• Identifying information required from suppliers for integrated equipment and liaising with them for pricing and spec info.
• Supporting the sales force with general administrative duties to help reach the team’s objectives.
• Working alongside Marketing team to reach new target audiences.
• Manage sales team’s diaries and site bookings.
• Entry and maintenance of ERP System from a CRM and Sales Opportunity Perspective.
• Sales Reporting to SLT and monitoring of KPI’s of sales team.
• Collating project information and building technical specifications of projects for proposals.
• Maintenance and checking of costing data for quotations and within ERP system.
Skills / Experience:
• Candidates must be computer literate. Minimum 5 years’ experience with Word and Excel.
• High organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Demonstrate a good standard of written and verbal communication.
• Ability to digest and input and record accurate information.
• A good eye for detail and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (Mon-Fri)
