RM-4000

High-speed stretch wrapper with rotating arm for wrapping palletised loads with stretch film, it is particularly suitable for use in trade sectors where high production rates are required and for light products, easily deformable and unstable.

Thanks to the rotating arm technology, film application and load stabilisation are carried out with pallet stopped avoiding any risk of the load falling, regardless of the arm rotation speed.

The modularity of the units composing it results in wide versatility of use , even with large pallets. This stretch wrapping machine is a robust, four post design, fully automatic with a rotating arm. The pallet wrapper can be installed in a conveyor line, the machine requires no operator other than to change the rolls of film.

The RM 3000 has low installation requirements, high production capacity and is compact in design compared to its rivals, the pallet wrapper is a high-performance, highly automated wrapping station for an end-of-line packaging. The design, materials and dedicated software applied to developing this in-line wrapping machine are based on the highests standards of quality and safety.
