Full System for Hitex

Fully automated palletising system for road marking materials.

Earlier this year we were approached by our customers Hitex Traffic Safety to install yet another plant for road marking materials. Their first ever Form Fill and Seal machine was installed over 10 years ago, and now that very same machine is being relocated to serve the new plant for powdered lining materials. Included was supply of a complete mixing and batching plant including re-commissioning of VFFS machine and installation of ABB robot palletising system.

Capable of producing 8 bags a minute, the plant is designed to encourage consistent flow of the oily and dusty product. This system is ideal for packaging and palletising road marking materials, road paint, resurfacing, safety road and highway maintenance products.
