High speed vertical form fill and seal bagging machine. This 2009 model is in immaculate condition, and can be seen working in our factory if required. The system comes complete with a bulk bag discharger, in-feed conveyor, doser weighing system and outfeed filled bag conveyor. Previously used to pack wood pellets, but can be utilised for many other products. Viewing of this system is highly recommended.

New bulk bag filling systems

BB-200 BULK BAG FILLING SYSTEM

The BB-200 is a robust IBC bag filling system designed to accept various products, allowing users more flexibility to utilise the system to bag a broader range of materials. Standard systems include a hopper, belt conveyor and filling frame. The channeled arms on the bag filling frame are designed to accept 4 looped bulk IBC's. Once filled the bag can be removed with ease by using a fork lift truck. Operators are simply required to place a standard 4 looped IBC bag onto the filling arms. Once in place the operator starts the filling process by pressing the green button. The system will automatically switch off once the desired weight has been met. Weightments can be easily changed on the weigh indicator. Filled IBC’s are removed with a Forklift truck.

SUITABLE FOR FILLING: Aggregates and Rock Salt IBC’s.

THROUGHPUT: 200 IBC’s an hour. Product and Operator dependant.

MB-300 MANUAL BAGGING SYSTEM

All new MB-300 now in stock. Capable of bagging up to 300 bags an hour (based on operator and product). The MB-300 comes complete with 4 tonne hopper, shaker tray, electronic load cell bag clamp, weigh indicator, manual filled bag trolley and Star 66 heat sealer with pedal stool. As standard the system requires Single phase 240v power supply and 7 cfm air supply. An operator is required to place a pre-made bag on the filling spout, trolley to the impulse sealer and transfer to pallet.

This system is ideal for customers with low throughputs, or those testing the market with their new products.

Currently in stock. This bailer has the capacity to bales 2.5 bags per minute, 350x400x800mm bales - 20KG of sawdust. Produced approx. 600 bales.

GENERAL FEATURES

The packaging machine shapes, fills, seals and cuts the bag, starting from a polyethylene film wound on a reel. This system allows production to be increased, and the cost of work to be reduced compared to traditional systems.

PACEPACKER C TYPE AUTOMATIC BAGPLACER

Pacepacker 'C' Type Automatic Bag placer, suitable for a wide variety of sack materials.

Solid construction with small bore vacuum system gives smooth, fast and reliable operation on a wide variety of sack materials. A sack is lifted from the pile by a suction arm, ready for opening. A second suction arm then moves up and the bag is opened, allowing the swing arm blades to enter and grip the bag. The swing arms then rotate up to the sack clamp. Capable of packing 10 bags per minute.

1999 W J MORRAY ENG WASP AUTOMATIC BAGPLACER - WJM958

Morray WASP Automatic Bag placer to present open mouth sacks to sack clamp. Able to place paper, plastic and lined polypropylene sacks. When one side is empty the magazine automatically transfers to the other stack. Fitted with warning light\buzzer to show when both magazines are empty or if a stop situation occurs Complete with twin pile bag magazine, sack top aligner, conveyor with manual height adjustment. Capable of bagging 10 bags per minute.

POLAR BAGPLACER

Automatic bag placer for placement of individual bags (maximum sack size 600mm x 1000mm - Minimum sack size 200mm x 350mm)  from a stack.

Control System
The polar bag placer control system utilises the latest PLC technology. The controls are very simple using touch screen technology.

Packing Speeds
Packing speeds depend on many factors such as weigher speed, filling time, conveyor speed etc. Typical speed for the Polar is 600 sacks per hour or 10 bags per minute

New and used total bag control & topforma systems

PACEPACKER TOPFORMA - 2 X USED SYSTEMS IN STOCK

The approaching sack operates the Topforms automatic cycle. Two blades enter the sack, the leading blade accurately positions the top of the sack and the trailing blade stretches the sack to the required width. The sack is then fed forward into the sealer or stitcher at the same speed as the conveyor. This action gives very precise presentation with minimal setting up time. The main requirement of the sack is that the top must remain upright and open as the filled sack is conveyed. Guide boards are usually used to achieve this. Normal size range is 300mm to 600mm wide (including gusset). Sizes outside this range can usually be accommodated by small changes to specification Length of sack is unimportant as long as sufficient Ullage is available to allow blades to operate and the top to form the correct shape.

COMPLETE TWIN BAG FILLING SYSTEM WITH TA SHORE WEIGHING SYSTEM - PACEPACKER TOTAL BAG CONTROL FILLED BAG CONVEYOR

A sack is placed on a spout clamp, either manually, or by any Pacepacker Sackplacer, a pair of fingers then either stretch or reform the gussets of the bag. A pair of motorised Grip Arms then move around the bag and as it drops from the clamp, they close on the bag, holding it in its formed state. These arms then motor toward the sealer, releasing the bag into a twin belt feeder. Even very unstable products can be accommodated with ease as the bag top is held at all times prior to sealing, hence TBC – Total Bag Control.

EQUIPMENT INCLUDES:

Both lines include weighing system, pneumatic bag clamps, filled bag conveyors, heat sealers, and complete electrical panels.

USED TOSA PALLET WRAPPER

Fully automated pallet wrapper complete with powered pallet conveying, guarding and manual. While the pallet lies on the conveyor, the wrapping cycle is carried out by a rotating arm holding a film-roll. A steady and compact packing is guaranteed for all sorts of palletized products by a multilayer wrapping made with stretch film. This machine can be installed on any existing robot palletising line and it perfectly meets high production needs. Currently in stock, excellent condition.

The TOSA - Model 120, was manufactured in 1996. System includes AB SLC 5/04 plc, SEW Eurodrive inverters, Currently set up for pallet 1200 x 1000 x 1300H - 19 revs cycle time + 55 seconds, Programming can be modified to suit new applications.
