The HDB 300 Inox has the same characteristics as the HDB 800 & 300 but its manufactured from Stainless Steel to prevent rust occurring when the Maize is pressed and the inherent moisture is released in the pressing chamber.

 

What you can expect from our baling systems. . .

The cube baler is used for products that do not lend themselves to being screw conveyed, i.e. long hay and straw. The reason being that with long products such as hay and straw they tend to block the flights of the screws and seize the system. In this case the product is dropped directly from the weigher in to the pressing chamber. Here we have 40% horizontal, 40% vertical and 20% longitudinal compression using hydraulic pressure of between 150 to 200 Bar, equating to around 15 tonnes of physical pressure exerted on the product being baled.
