Fully Automated Coal Bagging Systems

Brow Fuels in Shropshire are the first to receive our Form, Fill and Seal machine for packing coal. RMGroup supplied the in-feed which consist of a Hopper and shaker tray transferring coal up to the twin weigh pan weighing system above the FFS machine. Bags are formed from a reel of flat film, filled and then sealed. Filled Bags of coal are palletised with an ABB robot palletising system.

The line is capable of packing up to 16 bags per minute.

Semi Automated Coal Packaging Systems

Sligo Fuels in Ireland chose the CTM-600 to pack 20/25Kg bags of coal. We supplied them with an all weather resistant container custom built with a manual bag filling system and ABB robot palletising system. The line comes complete with a check weigher and weigh indicator to ensure weight accuracies. Follow the link below to find out more about our Contained Manual Bagging System.
