POLAR BAG PLACER WITH HEAT SEALING TOTAL BAG CONTROL

Our Automatic bag placer with total bag control provides an ideal solution for those looking to automate their manual bagging system. The polar bag placer control system utilises the latest PLC technology to place individual pre-made bags from a stack onto a bag clamp.Once the bag is filled and released from the clamp, the heat sealing total bag control carries the bag from the filling position towards the bag turner and flattener. As the bag is travelling the impulse bars seal the bag before it is turned on its back.

PACKING SPEEDS Packing speeds depend on many factors such as weigher speed, filling time, conveyor speed etc. Typical speed for the Polar is 600 sacks per hour or 10 bags per minute.   SACK SPECIFICATION Most commercial quality paper or plastic sacks are acceptable, providing they are in good condition and stack neatly. Plastic sacks must be between 100 and 200 Micron. It is essential that bags are dry and free from static. The in-feed bag conveyor allows operators place to stacks of bags ready for pick up. Minimum sack size – 200mm x 350mm Maximum sack size – 600mm x 1000mm ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS Standard: 240V, 50/60 Hertz 1 Phase, 6 Amp Supply. Alternatives can be accommodated.

HEAT SEALING TOTAL BAG CONTROL

RMGroup are proud to introduce the all new total bag control complete with impulse sealing bars. Its robust construction with stainless steel contact parts and feeder belts gives smooth, fast and reliable sack conveying and closing. A sack is placed on a spout clamp, by the polar bag placer. A pair of fingers then either stretch or the gussets of the bag. The pair of motorised heat sealing arms then move around the bag and as it drops from the clamp, they close on the bag, holding it in its formed state. The bag is then conveyed towards the bag flattener whilst being sealed. The stand-alone TBC control system utilises the latest PLC technology. When used with a bag placer, the TBC PLC system becomes a slave to the bag placers Master PLC. All motor drives are Inverter controlled for perfect speed matching.
